Saajid Khan

Saajid Khan is Chief Executive Officer for Compass Group Canada and ESS North America, a position to which he was appointed in September 2010. He has been with Compass Group since 1996.

Saajid held his first role in India where he was General Manager and then CEO of RKHS; a Compass Group joint venture assignment where he led the organization in achieving dominant market share. Building on his success, he moved to Compass, Australia where he was responsible for various business enhancement projects along with select acquisitions across Asia Pacific. This eventually led to Saajid’s move to Malaysia as CEO and then Regional Director for Compass Group South-East Asia & China. More recently, Saajid held the role of Director of International Clients & Market Development for Compass Group PLC, based in the UK.

His responsibilities included the development of a global key account management structure to grow and manage international clients as well as the development and execution of the Group’s support services strategy.

His industry career began in management roles with a prominent luxury hotel chain and food and beverage complexes in India.

Saajid earned a Master of Science degree in Business Leadership from Revans University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors.

He is married with two sons.
