Amy Knepp holds the position of Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliance Group. With 25 years of experience in foodservice management and accounting, she is responsible for the retention of the top 850 accounts at Compass Group, cross-sector.

Amy joined Compass Group in 1995 as Director of Business Development. She was promoted to Vice President of the Strategic Alliance Group in 1998 then to Senior Vice President.

Due to Amy’s leadership, the Strategic Alliance Group is a ‘best practice’ model, within both Compass Group and the industry.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Amy held various controller and operations positions with Marriott Management Services and Host International.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.

She is married with two children and resides in Charlotte, NC.
