Jennifer McConnell is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Compass Group North America. Prior to being appointed to that position in October 2014, Jennifer served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Employment and Litigation. Jennifer joined Compass Group in 2002 and has served in various other legal roles, including transactions, procurement, litigation, and employment. Prior to joining Compass, she was a private practice commercial litigator in Charlotte, North Carolina with the law firms of McGuireWoods LLP and Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Louisiana State University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2000.

Jennifer resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and three children.
