Tim Pierce is the Chief Executive Officer of Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company exclusively dedicated to serving more than 630 hospitals and healthcare systems. He is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the company, which includes more than 1,300 registered dietitians, 300 executive chefs, and 17,000 professional food service team members. Since assuming his role as CEO in 2013, Tim has focused the direction of Morrison Healthcare to create a strong market position in the environment of healthcare reform.

Tim has been with Morrison for 30 years. Prior to his current position, he served as president of Morrison Healthcare from February 2011 to October of 2012. He has also held the positions of Division Vice President and Regional Vice President within Morrison. Tim also made considerable contributions to the development of the company’s Ascension Health contract, which led to the formation of TouchPoint Support Services within Compass in October of 2011.

Tim is a member of Compass Group North America’s Strategic Leadership Institute, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership. He resides in suburban Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
